A plain description of what Hai keeps, why, and who else handles it. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Hai is a small service run by Prashant Cholachagudda, in testing. It makes phone calls that you ask Muse to make, and reports back.
Calls are not recorded as audio. Your setup, calls and transcripts are stored encrypted, with a separate key for each account. Your email address and Google account ID are stored unencrypted, so the server can find your account when you sign in.
Until you delete your account. You can do that at any time: sign in on the start page and choose Delete my account. That removes your setup, calls, transcripts and connected agents. You can also delete single calls in the web app. Our host keeps short-lived server logs, which record web addresses requested but not call content.
We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else.
The person who answers hears an AI assistant, which says it is one. What they say is transcribed so the call can be reported back to you.
Send questions about Hai, or about your data, to Prashant Cholachagudda, who runs it.
