The short version: it's a test service, you approve each call, and you're responsible for what you ask it to do. Last updated 4 November 2026.

The service

Hai is run by Prashant Cholachagudda and is in testing. Accounts are approved by hand, features may change, and the service may be paused or stopped at any time. It is provided as it is, without any guarantee that a call will be made, reach the right person, or get the result you wanted.

Your calls

• Every call is one you approved. You're responsible for its purpose and for the details you let it share.
• Use it only for lawful, ordinary calls: bookings, appointments and questions. No harassment, sales calls, spam, impersonation or calls to people who have asked not to be called.
• Never use it for emergencies. Call 110 or 119 (or your local emergency number) yourself.
• Check anything important, such as a booking time, with the business yourself.

Your account

Keep your Google account secure, since it is how you and your agents sign in. We may refuse, pause or close an account that misuses the service. You can delete your account at any time.
